Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags still attached
- In the original packaging
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or bodysuits unless they arrive defective. Please inspect these items carefully upon arrival.
How to Return or Exchange
- Submit Your Request: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of delivery.
- Wait for Approval: Our Style Squad will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our LA headquarters using a trackable shipping method.
Return Shipping Costs
- Returns: Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Exchanges: Customer pays shipping both ways unless the exchange is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Please note it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Include a note specifying your desired exchange item(s)
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
If your exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it’s less expensive, we’ll refund the difference.

As we serve customers worldwide (excluding some areas in Asia and remote regions), please note:
- You are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes on returned items
- International returns may take longer to process
- Refunds will be issued in USD, and exchange rates may affect the final amount
