- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:
1. Standard Shipping – $12.95
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
2. Free Shipping
- Available on orders over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some areas in Asia and remote regions.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every piece you purchase from us. If something isn’t perfect, our hassle-free return policy ensures your complete satisfaction.
Our Return Policy
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
- All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags still attached
- In the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Underwear
- Swimwear
- Bodysuits
Exceptions are made only if these items arrive defective. Please inspect them carefully upon arrival.
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps for a smooth return or exchange process:

- Include your order number and reason for return
- Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information
2. Wait for Approval
- Our Style Squad will review your request within 2 business days
- We’ll email you return instructions and authorization
3. Package Your Items
- Securely pack the items in their original packaging
- Ensure all tags are attached
- Include any notes about exchanges
4. Ship Your Return
- Send the package to our LA headquarters: 567 Grasselli Street, LOS ANGELES, US 90017
- Use a trackable shipping method – we cannot be responsible for lost return packages
Return Shipping Costs
- Returns: Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Exchanges: Customer pays shipping both ways unless the exchange is due to our error
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Note: It may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Include a note specifying your desired exchange item(s)
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
- If your exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If it’s less expensive, we’ll refund the difference
International Returns
For our global customers:
- You are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes on returned items
- International returns may take longer to process
- Refunds will be issued in USD, and exchange rates may affect the final amount
